...and the winner is Marriott Liverpool City Centre
The hotel scored an excellent 'Mystery Shopper' report with high scores in all caetgories, giving them the edge in a closely contested section. The use of 08 Cards, local menus and a personal attitude to customer service were also highlighted.
Also shortlisted; Malmaison Liverpool, The Liner at Liverpool and Radisson SAS Liverpool.
